Soccer Skills sessions for ages 5-8,  9-12 ,  13-17

Learn the fundamentals through skills and drills, end each week with scrimmage play.


Warm-up and brief skill  drill followed by  45 minutes of play for ages 5-8, 9-12, 13-17

Focus on game play, but we sneak in some skills upgrades during the warm-up.

Multi-sport spring conditioning to prepare for school or league try-outs.

Coaches tailor sessions to the sports focus of the athletes in a small group setting. Activities include cardio conditioning, running/sprinting, dynamic stretching, and sport-specific technical skills to get athletes ready to hit the court, field, diamond, or pitch when the season starts. 


Appropriate for all athletes, especially soccer, basketball, rugby, volleyball, baseball and dry-land training for other sports. 


Conditioning sessions and technical skills coaching to prepare athletes for try-outs for school  and league play. Coaches can teach rules, game play, and technical skills to beginners, and hone skills and improve conditioning for more experienced players. 

Register for as few or as many clinics as you like. 

Ages 10 &  up, all genders welcome. 

(participants will be grouped by age & skill level)

Small group skills coaching and scrimmage play for those athletes who benefit from a  less crowded or noisy gym.  Coaches work with individuals and the group to teach foundations of basketball and to improve technical skills. Participation is capped at 8 participants per session, for 4-on-4 plus coaches. 


Send us a note to join the wait  list, including the age and skill level of the participant. Once we have a group of 4 to 8 participants we can offer programming.  Better yet, register your own  group of players from friends and family! 


Multi-sport programming for girls aged 5 - 17 (sessions grouped by similar age and skills).  Explore a multitude of sports and fitness activities designed for girls and coached by women.  Achieve personal goals, learn teamwork  and leadership,  discover your  inner athlete in a fun, supportive, and  friendly environment!


Hey adults! Let us know  if you are interested in regular pick-up games in basketball, soccer, futsal, or volleyball.  All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
